What It Does
An Excel spreadsheet with 81 line items organized by area of the house: Exterior, Interior, Kitchen, Bathroom, Bedrooms, and Systems. Items range from mailbox and trash can presence through soffit/fascia/gutter condition, flooring, paint, trim, cabinet alignment, appliance function, plumbing fixtures, and hvac operation. Each item has a checkbox, a notes column, and an area tag so you can filter or sort by location.
How to Use It
- Download and open in Excel or Google Sheets.
- Bring it on your phone or tablet during a property walkthrough.
- Check off each item as you inspect it. Use the Notes column for condition details or cost estimates.
